GEZ MOTORS operates in accordance to the principle of establishing long-term cooperation with our existing and potential clients, business partners and personnel. We aim to establish and maintain customer service high standards via introduction and implementation of new concept of sales and auto service in Georgia, through our experience, customer commitment and continuous technical development process. 

Our Mission is to guarantee supply of high quality products and services to our customers, particularly, to introduce and establish high-level customer-oriented service standard of automotive business in Georgia, while taking into account aspects of sustainable development goals.

OUR VISION

Based on our mission to set new customer satisfaction standards of automotive business in Georgia, our vision is to provide customer oriented high quality products and services, in addition to highly comfortable and healthy environment, through integration of constant customer care process. We believe that customer care is a key for long-term, prosperous and stable business environment for every stakeholder participating in the process. In our point of view, if you approach customer care wisely, you will be able to strengthen customer loyalty and bind to the company, to certain products, and to the brand.

Therefore, we as team full of enthusiasm believe that, we can combine auto service and sales with high level of customer satisfaction under the scope of GEZ MOTORS new showroom and auto service concept. The new GEZ MOTORS concept fits well with the slogan – “We created it for you”, which ideally fits with our vision. 

HISTORY

GEZ MOTORS is a Georgian company that initially entered the market as ''Pit-Stop Ltd'' in 2002. Pit-Stop started operation as a regular multi profile auto service, however, within next five years it evolved to one of the technically most advanced auto services and automobile spare part importers in Georgia, located in Tbilisi with overall 3500 m2 fully functional infrastructure.

Throughout several years of operation on the market, the company has established a track record of accomplishment of success stories by combining constant development with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Based on customer oriented approach and continuous development process, we have been able to thrive on the market and build a short but complex history of accomplishments.

Based on Pit-Stop Ltd's solid financial and operational fundament, in 2007 in collaboration with the Bank of Georgia, Caucasus Automotive Retail JSC (CAR JSC) was established. The same year marks CAR JSC becoming exclusive representative of renowned South Korean automobile manufacturer, SsangYong Motor Company in Georgia and Armenia.

In 2008, CAR JSC successfully established strong connections with SUBARU and Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. As a result, CAR JSC became an official dealer for both automobile manufacturers in Georgia. This significant achievement strengthened CAR JSC's position as a trusted and reputable business partner in Georgia for existing and potential suppliers of automotive industry. In 2010, the company established cooperation on exclusive bases with Tata Motors Limited. However, due to certain reasons and unfortunate external to the company factors, CAR JSC had to stop its operation as an automobile dealer in 2014.

Besides of the fact, CAR JSC has been a legal name of the company till today, the company`s brand name changed to GEZ MOTORS in 2015. The same year, GEZ MOTORS became exclusive representative of LIQUI MOLY GmbH trademark products in Georgia. Since that, LIQUI MOLY has seen a significant progress in Georgia, via continuously increasing brand awareness and financial growth with GEZ MOTORS, which has created sense of stability between partners. Nowadays, LIQUI MOLY is one of the most expensive, popular and demanded brands in Georgia and market leader in its price segment.

In 2018, GEZ MOTORS established cooperation with and became an exclusive representative of globally recognized Nankang Rubber Tire Corp., Ltd.  In 2020, GEZ MOTORS managed to establish strong connections with South Korea`s largest petroleum and oil refinery company S-OIL Corporation. GEZ MOTORS is an exclusive representative of S-OIL 7 brand in Georgia and Armenia. In 2021, GEZ MOTORS started cooperation with NDI Group A/S; Northern Europe’s largest tire distributor. We became exclusive representatives of NORDEXX`s TBR, PCR, SUV and LT tire product range in Georgia.

In 2023, we started cooperation with KAVO PARTS - The Netherlands based company. KAVO PARTS is a global supplier of high-quality complete range spare parts for Japanese and Korean vehicles. GEZ MOTORS is an official representative of KAVO PARTS in Georgia. In 2023, we established cooperation with TWIN BUSCH Germany, a reliable specialist and competent partner for professional automotive workshop equipment.

In addition to above-mentioned brands, GEZ MOTORS has been realizing sales of MANN-FILTER, Hengst, FILTRON, Yiğit Akü and various brands of Truck and Bus tyres from Asia.

GEZ MOTORS TODAY

Today, GEZ MOTORS offers full range of automotive, motorbike, heavy duty, industrial and marine lubricants in addition to car care products and broad range of fuel and oil additives to the market. We are one of the market leaders in automotive lubricant business sector in Georgia. Moreover, GEZ MOTORS has been an important actor on local market in Truck and Bus tyre segment. We are continuously increasing brand and product range of PCR, SUV and LT, since we aim to be one of the market leaders by end of 2024 in this product group. We offer a full range of automotive filters in addition to brake systems and spare parts.

We believe that market sales segmentation is an important process for establishing successful sales channels and separate marketing strategies to appeal to various categories of consumers with different needs, interests, budgets or other attributes. Therefore, we have identified three main segments of the market and we successfully conduct sales in wholesale, corporate and retail sales segments.

We offer to our corporate and retail consumers a complete range product and product related services for passenger cars, sport cars and light commercial vehicles. The company serves up to 35000 retail and 400 corporate customers in GEZ MOTORS showrooms and auto service branches in Tbilisi, Georgia. We have up to 500 wholesale trade partners throughout Georgia.

Based on our constant development strategy, in 2020, we made a decision to establish a new concept of retail sales and service points for GEZ MOTORS. We believe that our customers are our valuable asset. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and making their needs our top priority. On fifth of December 2021, we introduced to the market completely new concept of showroom and auto service. The fundamental idea behind the GEZ MOTORS new concept – “We created it for you” is to be oriented on customer`s comfort. A modern design showroom in combination with high quality service, all together create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere for any visitor of a showroom.
